ubbles of Happiness

by Gundula, since April 2010

In her opinion, happiness – far from being fixed and static – is made up of a multitude of effervescent bubbles that stimulate us. As pleasurable as they are ephemeral, they offer us a precious window of breath, like the moments of grace in life.

Gundula has an eye for Bubbles of Happiness

Between 2010 and 2021, she caught the Bubbles of Happiness that life sent her way, writing about them in 478 posts. She offered them to the readers of her blog in the form of columns to reflect on.

Touched by the wisdom of the quotes, proverbs and axioms she received from all over the world, she started illustrating them in 2017 so that she too could inspire as many people as possible.

Since 2020, she’s been presenting meditation sessions and other thoughts to listen to on YouTube, and she’s been making bubbles that take her listeners on out-of-the-ordinary journeys.

Regardless of time or distance, you have always found a creative way to get me to get myself better. Thanks to you, what I have discovered professionally has echoed personally. You have reconciled the professional me with the personal me and I will be eternally grateful for that.

Anne-Claire Barbier-Cecarelli – Words are Magic

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. What frightens us more than darkness is our own light.
